Dr. Alison Hamilton, is CSHIIP’s Associate Director for Implementation Science and Qualitative Methods Lead, Director of the EMPOWER QUERI Program, PI of the Women’s Health (WH) CREATE study focused on determinants of women Veterans’ attrition from VA care, Co-PI of the WHS/QUERI Practice Evaluation Initiative with Dr. Yano, Co-I overseeing the implementation evaluation of the WH PACT trial, and a Research Anthropologist in Psychiatry & Biobehavioral Sciences at the UCLA Geffen School of Medicine. She is a founding member of the VA Anthropologists Collaborative, the Society for Implementation Research Collaboration (SIRC), and the VA HSR&D national Veteran Engagement Workgroup, and recently she began serving on the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists’ Implementation Science Advisory Group. Dr. Hamilton is on the Editorial Boards of Implementation Science and Women’s Health Issues.
